Core Wounds- Any core wounds a securely attached person experiences are situation specific
- Ex. Failing classes in school> I am not good enough
- Ex. Feeling excluded at school > I am excluded
- Securely attached individuals will still have core wounds but they will be less intense and less frequently activated
- Securely attached individuals also tend to have less negative emotions less frequently, but of course there will be specific situations where a SA may struggle with grief, hurt, fear etc.
